I Have a Computer that Does Not Require Percussive Maintenance
I have a computer! An actual working computer! That can cope with more than one window open at a time and doesn't turn pink at random intervals!
My laptop came yesterday, and I have finally got it all set up - though I am still trying to get everything off my old computer so I can put it on this one, a process that is hampered somewhat by my old computer moving at the pace of a dead slug.
Windows 7 has apparantly been designed to make me as insane as possible - clean and uncluttered looking is less important than functional and easy to use, guys - but I have managed to make it as unaggravating as possible.
And it works! This sort of overshadows any irritation I might have.
